2. Description of the service

Norte is a digital platform for personal productivity and organization that helps users organize tasks, plan their routine, set goals, track habits and monitor daily progress, available by subscription (monthly or annual) or one-time payment, depending on the plan chosen.

3. User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show misuse of the platform.

4. Plans and payments

Prices, payment methods and the conditions of each plan (subscription or one-time payment) are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use Norte only for personal, lawful purposes, without attempting to copy, resell, modify or commercially exploit the platform without prior written authorization.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, layout and functionality of Norte belong to 58.790.941 TALISON GUSTAVO ANANIAS and are protected by law. Using the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund periods already paid for — see our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our usual contact channels with users.
